Al Aḩmadī's Climate
Al Aḩmadī sits in southeastern Kuwait, near the Persian Gulf coast on the Arabian Peninsula. It has a hot desert climate, arid year-round, with two main seasons. Summers (May–September) are extremely hot and dry, typically 42–48°C and sometimes above 50°C, with hot winds and dust and sandstorms, while winters (December–February) are mild and pleasant, around 15–20°C by day with cool nights and occasional brief showers. Spring and autumn are short transitional spells. Rainfall is scarce and falls mostly in the cooler months.
