Bozhou's Climate
Bozhou sits in northwestern Anhui province, China, on the inland North China Plain near the Huai River basin, with a subtropical monsoon climate and four clear seasons. Summers (June–August) are hot and humid, with daytime highs usually 30–35°C and frequent showers and thunderstorms that deliver most of the year's rain. Winters (December–February) are cold and dry, typically 0–8°C, with cold spells below freezing and occasional light snow. Spring and autumn are short and fairly mild; autumn (September–November) is dry, cool and the most pleasant time.
