Luohe's Climate
Luohe is an inland city in Henan Province in central China, set on the North China Plain, with a humid subtropical monsoon climate and four distinct seasons. Summers (June–August) are hot and humid, with daytime highs typically 31–35°C, and showers and thunderstorms concentrate in this period, while winters (December–February) are cold and dry, with days of only 5–9°C and nights that can drop below 0°C, with occasional light snow. Spring warms steadily, while autumn (September–November) is dry, cool and the most pleasant time of year. Rainfall is heavily concentrated in summer with the monsoon.
