Tai’an's Climate
Tai’an lies in central Shandong Province, China, at the foot of sacred Mount Tai in the country's interior, and has a monsoon-influenced humid continental climate with four clear seasons. Summers (June–August) are hot, humid and rainy, usually 28–33°C, with thunderstorms and showers concentrated by the summer monsoon. Winters (December–February) are cold and dry, typically -3 to 6°C, with dry northerly winds and occasional light snow. Spring is dry, windy and dusty, while autumn (September–October) is cool, sunny and the driest, most pleasant time of year.
