Budta's Climate
Budta lies near Cotabato on the island of Mindanao in the southern Philippines, close to the coast and at a low latitude near the equator, giving it a hot, humid tropical climate with little seasonal contrast. Temperatures stay a steady 25–33°C month after month, humidity is high, and showers and thunderstorms can arrive at almost any time, though they are usually heavier from around May to November. Because it sits so far south, the area is far less exposed to tropical cyclones than central and northern parts of the country. Strong sunshine and high UV are common.
