Vadodara's Climate
Vadodara lies in Gujarat, western India, on an inland plain beside the Vishwamitri River, and has a tropical semi-arid climate (BSh) with three clear seasons. Summer from March to June is scorching and dry, with temperatures typically 38–43°C and sometimes above 44°C, while the southwest monsoon from June to September brings heavy showers along with high humidity and muggy air. Winter from November to February is cool and dry and pleasant, with nights that can dip to 10–14°C. Air quality tends to worsen during the dry late-winter months.
