Virār's Climate
Virār lies on the coast of Maharashtra, just north of India's Mumbai metropolitan area, right beside the Arabian Sea, giving it a hot, humid tropical monsoon climate year-round. The year splits into three clear phases: a hot dry season (March–May) that is oppressive, usually 32–37°C with sticky humidity; the southwest monsoon (June–September) which delivers torrential rain, strong winds and very high rainfall; and a relatively cool season (November–February) that is dry and pleasant, with nights around 18–22°C. Sea breezes ease the heat, but humidity stays high.
