Barcelona's Climate
Barcelona sits in northeastern Venezuela near the Caribbean coast in Anzoátegui state and has a hot tropical climate with high temperatures year-round. Readings vary little, usually 26–33°C throughout the year thanks to its seaside setting and steady trade winds. The dry season (December–April) is sunny with little rain, clear skies and brisk dry winds, while the wet season (May–November) is hotter and more humid, with showers and thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon, peaking around July–October. Coastal humidity makes it feel muggy, and UV is intense given the near-equatorial latitude.
